The new penthouse-style apartment in Danny Hanna’s recently completed Harrington Collection project in The Rocks has been sold for $19 million to Lesday Group hotelier Kent Walker.
Walker and wife Desley reside at Wahroonga in an 1890s house once owned by INXS keyboard player Andrew Farriss, which they paid $7.25 million for in 2007.
They also own a Whale Beach weekender bought from the Moran healthcare family for $12 million in 2016.

Their city acquisition sits within the $350 million project co-developed by Hanna and Jeff Xu’s Golden Age. All three bedrooms have ensuites.
It has been a seven-year joint venture with two years to construct the fjmtstudio-designed apartment block, which was overseen by project managers Time & Place.
All up there are 58 residences above the retail and commercial space on Harrington St, made up of 49 apartments, seven town homes and two restored Victorian-era terraces.
Hanna noted Cambridge Lane, the courtyard in the centre of the development, sought to create something new within the historic neighbourhood.
Hanna, who resides in Bellevue Hill, has had almost four decades in the property development and construction industry, being the co-founder of the Hannas Group of companies in 1988 with his brothers Emile and Afram.
The apartment sale by veteran Double Bay agent Daniel Baran saw the project hit an 80 per cent success rate with its dual level 483sq m penthouse remaining on the market at $40 million.
The penthouse at 801/85 Harrington St has terracing, a barbecue and plunge pool.
Meanwhile, Hanna is a director involved in next month’s $9 million listing of Northam Resources on the ASX.
It owns an exploration portfolio 95km east of Perth in Western Australia’s wheat belt with licences over 1590sq km.
